Alhamdulillah dah longarrrr!!!

Assalamualaikum & salam sejahtera.

Huhu. Hepinya sebab baju dan longgar sikit.

I've loosed about 4-5kg. Hope to go more!

Chaiyo2 to myself!

All I take is only PROTEIN. Less sugar (or sometimes I don't take sugar at all the whole day), less salt (I cooked chicken without salt, sometimes jer letak). Carbohydrate yang I ambik are only from eggs, A1 chicken sausage, onion & sawi! That's all!

Dah 9 hari tak ambik minuman manis.

3 liter air mineral 1 hari! (Sometimes terkurang jugak... Mak Jemah masuk exam mana boleh minum banyak2. Kang nak terkucil tak abis2 ulang g toilet pelik pulak the invigilators. Ingat aku g meniru kat toilet lak. Tak daya Mak Jemah nak menjawabnyerr... Huhu..)

Okay tu jelah yang dibuat pun. Arr.. makan cheesedale! But still who want to follow this diet must know the ability of their body. And... make sure you can control your cholesterol level okay! *Jangan ader yang sakit jantung sudehh....

Tu jer nak hapdet.

Esok ada paper Call Center Management. Wish me luck!
